Avril is a Canadian songwriter and singer. She stopped singing in public after she was diagnosed with Lyme disease. Avril has several Tattoos.

So I'm writing an open letter to her with the question if she is willing to donate one of her Tattoos to Charity....or to the future Tattoo Donor Foundation.

Since iI have introduced the first Tattoo Donor Card in the whole world I would want to ask you if you can read my article "Tattoo Donor for Donor Organs".....please.
